Questions people actually ask
- Does Jura tell me what dose to take?
- No, and it never will. Jura records the dose your prescriber set and reminds you when it is due. It does not calculate, convert or recommend a dose — that is your doctor’s job, and in most app stores it is legally theirs alone.
- Is it available now?
- Not yet. Jura is not in the App Store or Google Play. Join the list and you will get the first build, at the launch price for your first year.
- What happens to my log if I do not pay?
- You keep logging. Free holds your last four weeks and stays free — nothing is deleted behind a wall, it just scrolls out of the window. Subscribe later and the older entries come back.
- Is it really in Arabic?
- Yes, properly — right-to-left layout, an Arabic typeface with the same metrics as the Latin one, and the Western digits Gulf pharmacies actually print. Not a translation bolted onto an English app.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling leaves the app on the free tier with your last four weeks intact.
- Who can see my data?
- Only you. Jura does not sell data, does not share it with insurers or pharmacies, and the doctor export is a file you send yourself — we are not in the middle of it.
What Jura is notRead this
Jura is a log, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not calculate, recommend or adjust a dose. It records the dose your prescriber has already given you.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start, change, pause or stop a GLP-1 medication — including anything you read here, and anything the app reminds you of.
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Saxenda are prescription-only in Saudi Arabia. Jura does not sell, source, supply or import medication, and never links to anyone who does.
We do not support research peptides — no BPC-157, no TB-500. They have no regulatory approval, they have been WADA-banned since 2022, and importing them into the Gulf is a legal risk we will not put in front of a user.
In an emergency, or if you have symptoms that worry you, contact your doctor or local emergency services. Do not wait to log it.
